Job Duties

• Operate silk screening machinery and equipment, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up screensselect appropriate inks, and mix colors to achieve desired results.
• Ensure proper alignment and registration of screens to achieve accurate designs.
• Monitor and adjust the printing process to maintain consistent quality and color vibrancy.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with equipment and printing process.
• Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement design specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including simple maintenance and cleaning of equipment and common areas.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, and other materials.Qualifications
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address minor equipment issues.
• Self-starter with the drive to work quickly and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

• Experience in silk screening is required.
