Job Duties
- Operate silk screening machinery and equipment, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Set up screensselect appropriate inks, and mix colors to achieve desired results.
- Ensure proper alignment and registration of screens to achieve accurate designs.
- Monitor and adjust the printing process to maintain consistent quality and color vibrancy.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with equipment and printing process.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including simple maintenance and cleaning of equipment and common areas.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, and other materials.Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills to address minor equipment issues.
- Self-starter with the drive to work quickly and efficiently.

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
